Tokyo Trip ( 11 ) – Kyusyu Jangara Raman九州江格拉拉麵- 2009/3























* It is my love. I fell in love with it when I first time had it.
This time we met a service person who can speak English fluently without strange Japanese accent. Plus the Chinese menu, which make ordering meal easily.

* I still have the same one - “ Koboshan”, which has thick pork stock soup with garlic. I also add all the stuffs on it, like pork (it is fat, I like it), egg, cod roe... The soup tasted more salty and oily compared to the noodle I had in Taiwan. But, once I think I couldn’t have it everyday, I finished the whole bowl. Ali even added more noodle.
