Because we were so full after the French lunch, we had our dinner after we watched ZAIA. Ali brought us to eat “Suckling pig and Seafood hot pot”. It was because that Ali can speak Cantonese well , otherwise Linda and I will never find the chance to eat this stuff.
There were a lot of ingredients in the pot. Seafood were clams, shrimps and squids. The broth was bone broth with suckling pig. There were some herbs in the soup , which made soup taste like Thai food’s Tom-Yam-Kung soup.
It was pity that Linda and I had no fire power to finish this big pot.
