*We figured out map and finally got rid off the alleys of off-market. When we arrived the restaurant in the wholesale market, we were shocked by the crowed people. Every store had its long line to wait. Originally, we planned to go to “Daiwa Sushi” that the book introduced. One service person already stood in the end of line and told clients how much time clients have to wait from the place that the service person standing. He told me that if we want to wait, probably we have to wait for 3 more hours. It was 9 am in the morning. If we waited for Daiwa Sushi, then we would have had lunch instead of breakfast.
* We changed to wait for another store which sells bowl rice. I guess people waited in our line were transferred from other sushi stores. But it still took around 45 minutes to wait. I had today’s special which was a bowl rice with uni ( sea Urchin), ikura (salmon roe), maguro( tuna fish),porgy fish and mackerel fish on the top. It was only yen 1900.
* TaiTing don’t eat raw stuffs. She bought the Japanese egg cake as breakfast.
